Today was a GREAT DAY! Listened to The Collective live today and it was SO GOOD. If you missed it, listen to the replay. I had a really awesome gym session and hit some progression on my weights – yay! My macros were really good and I feel good. Lots of energy tonight for the 1st time in awhile. Have only a few hundred steps left to hit my steps for the day – also yay! I hope everyone had an awesome day.
