Photos progress. Down 7 lbs since we started. Down about 10 inches as well (don’t have measurements exactly when we began so guesstimating conservatively). Weights volume and intensity way up at the gym. Steps up. MY TOE RING got loose and I had to tighten it cause was hurting in my ski boot – lol. Feeling good about this challenge and the consistency and community it supports. Let’s freaking go on this 2nd half!!
