Here are my catch up macros information. Hit my macros on Thursday and Friday (was puking though both days so not sure how effective it was…lol). That strategy wasn’t working, so barely ate Saturday and then Sunday I choked down pretty much carbs (toast, couple eggs, vegan mac n’ cheese). Stay HYDRATED though – WIN. So overall, not too bad. Barely moved for all those days, so felt SO GOOD to go to the gym and work hard (albeit was dizzy a few times) and then hit the treadmill at night. I am back — well, at least I better be!! Send good vibes, my friends. I hope you all had a great Easter. I spent mine resting and binge watching Netflix while I nibbled on toast and pasta. I kind of liked it. 🙏🏻 Will post the pics in a couple rounds….
