Hi Everyone! I have been MIA as I was really ill. No wonder I was SO TIRED last Wednesday (my last post until today). I am back on track and nearly healed so catching up now. I feel completely overwhelmed by how behind I am at work and life, but feeling good to have ‘my collective’ back. MISSED YOU ALL!
Here are my Macros from Monday / yesterday. I had a GREAT workout at the gym as well. I didn’t get my full target steps (was wiped out), but did hit my BAM.
Calories – 22 under
Protein – 4 over
