8 months, 1 week agoHad a really great day! Up super early to go skiing with my kiddo and a friend. Gorgeous bluebird days on the mountain. Planned my food ahead, packed a healthy breakfast and lunch for the trek. Then went out for dinner tonight and balanced my macros with that meal, and some protein snacks later. Calories 91 under and protein 1 g over.
Planning a head makes it so much easier! Great work:)
