~ Calories 97 under
~ Protein 10 g over
~ I started eating dinner earlier and using evening snack to balance out my macros for the day. I take an idea of what I want which has the target macros (do I need more protein, more carbs, calories, how much fat do I have still in my budget for the day). I then log before I make the snack and add foods and portions to balance it out. Then I prepare the snack. No guess work on where I will land. Tonight for snack I made a high fiber wrap, added a little turkey for protein, and a variety of LOTS of veggies and greens, with some spicy mustard. Was SO GOOD.
~ Also, my go too easy snack to hit protein if I need more is Streak Strips (jerky) with minimal additives or sugar.
