Some additional meal prep — such a great recipe. Lillie Eats & Tells Southwest Quinoa Bake with Chicken. I added asparagus and broccoli, and drizzled red enchilada sauce over it. Can’t wait for this for lunch tomorrow.

Hit my macro goals today – all delish
~ Calories 70 under.
~ Protein 9 g over.
No real movement – unanticipated cortisone shot in my foot / ankle for “Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome” and completely numb foot and ankle for 9 hours. Still feels crazy.
Tomorrow is another day for the gym and more steps.

I have been using Lillie Eats & Tells recipes to meal prep and they generally have REALLY good macro components and high protein, lower calorie ideas.
