Here are my catch up macros information. Hit my macros on Thursday and Friday (was puking though both days so not sure how effective it was…lol). That strategy wasn’t working, so barely ate Saturday and then Sunday I choked down pretty much carbs (toast, couple eggs, vegan mac n’ cheese). Stay HYDRATED though – WIN.
