8 months, 2 weeks agoNothing like making kids’ lunches in the morning and realizing how habitual BLT’s are now that I am intentionally tracking and eating…… I may have an easy time staying in a deficit just by being mindful and eliminating those alone. No licking the knife after peanut butter (which I may now be convinced I intentionally overloaded all this time), no “few chips” as I loaded their baggies, and no sneaky handful of trail mix. I may have reduced my daily intake by 400 calories just like that. Hi, I am Craig Smith, and I have a BLT problem.
