Checking in for the week.
I started the upper/lower split and got 3/4 days this week. I got back to my longer walks and multiple sauna / meditation sessions. Plus a nice cemetery walk… my favorite reflection spot. I did a podcast with Brad today and he said something that stood out to me. He said that when I was at a lower weight and had focus on building muscle and it showed, I would flex in a proud and positive way. I have more fat and less muscle mass today than I have in a while but decided I’m going to flex anyway. I love this body and all it does for me daily and excited to keep gifting it with opportunities to get stronger and more functional. I played baseball with my sons today, walked, worked in the yard and it deserves recognition and appreciation no matter the size and shape.
