Im excited to get started in this community. I’m currently living in Utah, raising my family and trying to find the most effective approach to succeeding in all areas of my life. One thing that always gets moved around in the priority list is my nutrition. I think this community and connection will be a great addition to my accountability and overall health and wellness journey.
