Here’s to beginning again. It’s one of the greatest gifts and powers we have, the ability to change directions at any point in the journey. And when you change direction, the eventual destination will also change. Trying to get point d in the desired direction tonight.

Ready to give it my all for the next 7 weeks. I was not even trying to be in a deficit while finishing my marathon training and couple days of recovery.
