I had work today 9-8pm. Then straight home for the Olympics. Knowing this was my day and night, I got 12k steps before going to work. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

Took a nice walk tonight with no headphones or music. Who else enjoys walking and talking to yourself?

I do!!! I get a lot of stuff worked out that way. I practice hard conversations I need to have. Work out problems I’m having a work. Sometimes I just narrate what’s happening for my dogs.

Strong finish to the day and the weekend. Steps are consistently over 12k. On my honor, I WILL HIT PROTEIN TOMORROW.
