I’m working really hard on daily movement and getting outisde. I have been averaging about 12k for the last 2 months. Love it! 12K is no joke. It makes so much sense to set that tone for the day by what you do in the morning and good decisions follow other good decisions. Great addition.

I do!!! I get a lot of stuff worked out that way. I practice hard conversations I need to have. Work out problems I’m having a work. Sometimes I just narrate what’s happening for my dogs.
