Blackout curtains. Cooler sheets. discipline to go to bed earlier. I NEED more sleep.

A personal chef? 😆 I think I need help changing my mindset. From someone that has 75 lbs to lose to someone that has 25 lbs to lose. From someone that can only run this far and this fast to someone that can further and faster. And then to continue to shift. Does that make sense?
