I’m going to stick with it at least another month. I like it! Takes about 1hr to 1hr 30 to run through depending on the day and warmup. Like the 90 second count and volume for hypertrophy!

I’m planning on running the 5 day bro split once I’m done with my current programming. Any chance to more videos and more of an explanation on the supersets? Thanks!
