Just started with the 3 day split, fully body A – haven’t been in the gym in 2 months
I did 20 mins of stairs and then 30 min workout, all before 5am
My weights were
Deadlift 120lbs
Dumbbell chest press 30lbs
Cable row 55lbs
Lateral raise 5lbs
Leg press 150lbsAll that to say, I’m very proud of myself and so happy to be here!!
