I’m so excited to do the 30 strong challenge with you guys starting May 1st! And for those who just finished the deficit challenge, you’re gonna have back-to-back challenges, It might feel like a lot😅 but the good news is, 30 strong actually has nothing to do with your food.. So hopefully you’ll be good to rock it with the rest of us!

I totally forgot about the 30 Day Challenge! Arrrggghhh… I am on the fence… will be traveling 27 days of it (!!) on several planes, long car rides, and staying in SO MANY places (Mexico, 4 places in New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, and possibly a cross country car trek). Don’t forget about the one and only Lillie eats and tells coming on the community call this Tuesday @1:30 MST! She’s graciously taking her time so the more people that can show up to have a Q&A the better! Anything on meal prep, making recipes, Nutrition in general, her recipes, etc.
