Just wanted to give you all an update that we are in the early stages of turning this into a full blown app. This Will make everything 10 times easier, including tracking of workouts and push notifications for any community board updates or posts. Among many other things. Thank you for your patience and this is going to get exciting! 🙂

Another week sober, 150 days Wednesday – Goals to make it another week sober

Wins for last week – down another 5 lbs!
Goals for this coming week, just continuing to stay on track and doing what I know works. Which is a solid morning routine, the gym, getting steps in, hitting my macros, water, podcasts, etc.

Long term goal I want to be able to do body weight pull ups. Next week I have a huge conference for 275 of our customers. It’s a long busy week of teaching, entertaining and just being ‘on’ with customers. My goal next week is very simple… try to sleep and drink tons of water!
