HI I am looking forward to this collective connection for nutrition habits and likeminded people to bounce lifestyle conversations around our habits and peaks and valleys of consistency. Love listening to Brads (& Craig’s ) podcast so I am looking forward to my journey on here. I live in cold St. Albert Canada. So steps somedays are not super high, and trying to push myself to workout 5 days a week can somedays be not super easy. But looking to grow in baby steps. I have about 50 lbs to lose. 15 years ago I was 300lbs got to a low of 150lbs in Sept 2011 but not alot of muscle. Would like to fall into a sustainable lifestyle with the help of connection of likeminded people, One day at a time.
