    • I was going to start today, but I won’t get pictures in until tomorrow, so this is a practice post. Phew 1350 cals is not very many. I’ve been trying to eat less meat so the protein will be tough!

    • Lately, I’ve gotten inconsistent with everything. So my February goals are back to basics… tracking food daily and hitting water goal daily. I really hadn’t been following my step count so I’m going to pay attention to that to see where I am and then set a goal from there.
