Well, I’m just getting home from an extra long ass miserable day with OT from work. Definitely will have some zeroes. But I’ll get in what I can before I keel over asleep. 😴

Day 14 for me as I started a day late. In the past when I’ve tried this challlenge, I “failed” early then stopped. This time there is no “failing”. Prior to this challenge, my water goal was 80 oz which I could hit with just a little effort. I thought I’d never hit the gallon consistently. Well, I feel like the more I drink, the thirstier I am. 😂 Most days, it doesn’t take much extra effort to get the gallon in.

My workplace is doing a little fitness challenge this week. There are 9 boxes to be checked off of fitness-y things to do at work. So my walk today started with 2 laps around the building. One box checked off. ✅ Didn’t think to get a picture at the time.

What does everyone do for meditation? I use guided meditations because otherwise my brain does cartwheels while I’m trying to focus. I use 2 apps… Insight Timer and Abide. I also want to learn a whole lot more about breath work.
