I did all the things and almost forgot to post. I’ve been doing the daily gratitudes, but I miss the reading. I want to try to keep that going. Maybe at least every other day.

While we are talking about food… one of my favorite summer dinners… cheeseburger salad! Greens & spring onions from my CSA, tomatoes, ground turkey, a little shredded cheese and a drizzle of lite thousand island dressing. Yum! I realized too late that I had forgotten the pickles.

Eating veggies is not part of my challenge but I had to show off my first CSA pickup of the year. 💕🥬🌱🥗

My nutrition goal is hitting my protein every day. I very rarely get this so perfect. I’ll go grab a little cottage cheese for 1 more gram.

I really want to keep up with the reading, gratitudes, meditation, and shower. I have a spreadsheet for a habit tracker and a good amount of time is used on things I want to do every day.
