This photo was taken right after my workout on Friday. Today I started week 4 of Train with Brad and I’m amazed at the results I am getting. A week ago I also got some dry needling on my left shoulder and I’m already seeing a difference in the way I feel during and after my arm workouts. I will continue for several weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions for what workout program to do next?
By the way, I made the spinach and feta turkey burgers yesterday and everyone loved it!
