I finally decided what training program to do next. Today I started the Training with Brad program and can I say how much I appreciate having the alternate exercises I can sub for some of them. I workout from home and I’m very fortunate to have a nice setup, but I don’t have the pulley system. I definitely don’t mind finding those subs on my own, but today I had only a short time to do my workout and I was so grateful to have them suggested already. Hope everyone had a great Monday!
