Thursday are usually busier than other days, so I knew I had to get my walk in earlier. I broke it up into 10 minute increments. Walked before and after my workout and then I walked the last 10 minutes with my teen daughter before she got her workout started. I’m especially proud at the fact that I will be drinking the full gallon of water today! My kids have been encouraging with that.
