I’m happy to be out of my church clothes. I’m walking while chugging water because it is so hot out. Happy Sunday everyone!

Thankful to still have some daylight at 9pm. My Saturday flew by and I still needed to go out on my walk. Unfortunately I won’t be getting the full 30 minutes, but I’m okay with that because I’ve been rocking that part of the challenge from the beginning. Good night everyone!

Having a great day! I just need one more thing to complete todays checklist. This morning I finished the last workout for the 4 day split. I need to figure which workout plan I want to do next.

Got my walk in before it started to pour. Now I’m just waiting for my sons practice to end so we can eat dinner. I made the Korean bowl that is under recipes. The meat was so easy and quick to cook before we had to leave.
