What’s up Collective fam!! Long time no talk! Today was my first day back in the gym in three weeks. The first trimester of pregnancy has been rough (the prize at the end is very much worth it). I was noticing my mental well being slightly declining and knew I had to do something. Prepared last night and didn’t hit snooze this morning! Thankfully I’m starting to feel much more myself the past few days♥️

Keep it up. One of the bigger goals is to learn to listen and respond to our body, never more important for you than now. Stay healthy!
