    • What’s up collective Fam! Hit legs today! Replaced hip thrust with some kettlebell sumo squats. Honestly getting mixed reviews on whether or not hip thrusting is safe during pregnancy and just don’t want to do anything that makes me uncomfy also lowered the volume a bit.     • Hey collective Fam! Sorry for being a little absent for the past few days, my husband and I found out Thursday that we are expecting!
