    • Into the weekend we go! The weekend is always a struggle for me because through the week I have so much structure. Not so much on the weekends. My goal is to eat my regular meals and hit my steps! ♥️ Any one have any advice on staying on track through the weekend that’s helped you?

    • Happy Hump day, Collective friends! Hit 6 k steps by 8 am thanks to morning cardio! Finishing out my current program this week and plan to start Brads on Monday! Any one have specific goals set for today??

      • Staying on track with the sugar intake for today. Said no to some free oatmeal cookies at a store we clean today… so far so good 🫠

      • I have missed my walks outside this week with my dog. So today I’m going make sure to go for a long one!

    • Hey guys! My February goal aligns well with the challenge! I have been consistently hitting 8,500 daily steps. Started to see a little stall in weight loss and not ready to bump calories down so I’m aiming for 10,000 steps everyday!
