It’s great! It a workout tracker. I just created a new routine and entered the collectives 4 day split! It’s nice because you can start a work out, record the weight and reps, and you can set a timer for rest! Super convenient and helps me stay on track to be sure I’m am progressively overloading!

Honestly same 😂 Once I realized my meals could be this simple and don’t need to be anything extravagant is when this journey got much easier! Whole ingredients are so easy to count!

Zero sugar soda is a life saver when I’m in a cut. Fresca is life for me 😂😂😂

Same! I stick with mostly water through the day but Coke Zero satisfies that little sweet tooth!
