Out of my comfort zone a bit by posting these but after listening to Brad’s podcast on the power of community, I realized how much of an observer I am and not much of a participant when it comes to posting and being part of a community. Looking forward to practicing more active participation in this group – and hopefully losing a couple of inches along the way!
