      • Eh they weren’t that great. I’m eliminating eggs right now and I was wanting something sweet to bake. So I found a vegan cookie recipe to try. It satisfied the sweet tooth but they were pretty gummy. I threw the batch out this morning so I didn’t eat them just to eat them.

    • Over again. This time in fat. Argh. My shirts are a wee bit looser though so I’m taking that as my body responding a bit.

      • Woohoo! That is GREAT! I find that the non-scale, non-metrics wins are noticed way before the data. Like my TOE RING was loose in my ski boot last Friday…. could not figure out the weird sensation until I took my boot off at the end of the day. Was like YES!!! My 2nd toe lost bulk!! Whoop! 😂

    • Had a really rough day today with my three young kids. I was definitely stress eating. I didn’t track accurately – these are the macros I did track and I didn’t capture everything. Trying not to beat myself up and just hoping for a better day tomorrow.

    • Protein and carbs balanced each other out. Anyone else never have a problem eating their protein grams? I always go over.
