Went out to dinner with friends last night. it was a super late dinner which I know my body does not enjoy so I ate beforehand and then ordered some edamame to split among the group. Made it within my macros and my digestion was way better not eating a heavy dinner late at night.

Took these this morning. I’m down 3lbs from the start of the challenge. My shorts are definitely looser even though I don’t look much different from the start of it. Trying to get down another 3 lbs before challenge is over!
