Really enjoyed today’s call. I feel like self sabotage could be broken down into so many separate topics. Looking forward to listening to the replay!

It was a very good call. I am going to implement some strategies from it. Hoping it will help me develop better habits for the long haul for maintenance and health.

I had a terrible weekend eating wise. I’ve been in a cut linger than this challenge has been going on so maybe 10 weeks now? I think I’m not cut out for longer term cuts even though I know in the grand scheme of things it’s not that long. I feel like mini cuts are more suited for me I don’t know. Have you tried doing refeeds. When I did a long cut last year I did a refeed sometimes every week but mostly every two weeks to get my energy up and body ready to keep going. If I remember correctly it’s 150-300 cals extra and mostly carbs. Usually I made a pasta

I need to try that. I feel like that would work way better than just trying to stay in a full cut for 12 weeks or whatever the timeline might be.

Forgot to post last night oops! Did ok today – scale is bumping up a bit again. trying not to let it get to me – staying the course as much as I can.

My weight is sometimes all over the place. Just look at the average over a week and watch over time to see if the trend is down. I am still learning not to let a scale jump freak me out (and it is hard). Keep going — you are doing great.
