      • That’s awesome! I quit smoking years ago, and I remember someone telling me I’d always remember my quit date. To be honest, I’m not totally sure what year it was, let alone the month or the day. But when I got past the withdrawal and then changed the habit I’ve never regretted it. Good luck! Keep us posted.

      • Ahhhh. Thanks for sharing this! I relate to this sooo much. I’m (almost!!) three years in sobriety and WISH I quit nicotine at the same time. I quit nicotine almost three months ago, and after about a month it got a lot easier!
