I failed yesterday. I had too much to do and for some odd reason my gym was closed so I couldn’t walk at lunch and I had too much to do last night. All the excuses, and that bummed out – I’m a little competitive and hate to fail (hello “all or nothing”).

Not a Fail at all, sometimes we get busy and life happens. You still killed in my books. I’m also a competitive person as well Mary, but we are not perfect. I am slowly changing my mindset in this as well like Ally. We work everyday on ourselves.

Missed the mark by a bit today! I tried to plan ahead for my hair appointment and get a few extra steps in but sitting in a chair from 4-7:30 wasn’t really expected 😅 but that’s okay! Life happens!

Hit the gym in the morning yesterday then fell ill. Spent most of the day in bed which was needed. Did make the zoom call tho lol. Back at it today!! Lets Go

Thanks Mary, another little episode this morning but i think i figured out my problem.Think my guts are rejecting eggs and egg whites. Better right now but will take them out of the diet for a few weeks to see. They were my morning go to. Now i must find a better protein source for the morning. Might have to be lots of yogurt.

We are running a step challenge for the remainder of February. This is designed to get us all moving our bodies each day! Hopefully by the end of this you will have established new daily habits and routines.
The objective is to hit 10k steps every single day. Also, let’s make this fun and post your step counts , even if you fail! It’s great accountability. Also, don’t forget to share pictures of your walks!
If you are currently getting less than 5k steps a day, you can shoot for 7,500 steps per day if 10k is too big of a leap!
