A week of consistently hitting 10k steps and this pup is loving daily walks outside especially with the warmer weather. She’s going to bail on me for the rainy days but otherwise is a great walking partner ❤️

As mentioned habit stacking and incrementalism.. knowing and planning on when you can get a couple hundred in here and there. before work, doing chores around the house, breaks, cooking, in between sets, Brads laundry technique! Loved that Ally mentioned pacing the hallway.

The objective is to hit 10k steps every single day. Also, let’s make this fun and post your step counts , even if you fail! It’s great accountability. Also, don’t forget to share pictures of your walks!
If you are currently getting less than 5k steps a day, you can shoot for 7,500 steps per day if 10k is too big of a leap!
Great Job!! Practice for the 30 Day strong challenge in may. It consists of a 30 min walk so you will be ahead of the game. Your doing Great!!
