4/4! On my cycle and so bloated and craving so much food. Learning to say no to most and try to eat healthier bc I know it makes me feel better

Slightly off my game today but dinner was AMAZING!!! I love me a good steak. I’m definitely pre planning for tomorrow because my husband and I are going to finish laying sod so our yard will finally be done!!! I can’t wait! When I get in the groove of working in the yard, I don’t eat so I know I need to make sure I’m prepared.

Went out to dinner with friends last night. it was a super late dinner which I know my body does not enjoy so I ate beforehand and then ordered some edamame to split among the group. Made it within my macros and my digestion was way better not eating a heavy dinner late at night.

Really great day. I had lots of energy, super workout, hit my steps. I even worked in with a couple guys at the gym and matched THEIR weights with some significant increases for me! Went to a brewery for my parents anniversary tonight and they had a food truck with smash burgers. I didn’t eat and I don’t drink so it was easy to hit my goals. I came home and had dinner ready to be warmed up. Thankful for my husbands support because he waited to eat with me when we got home. Today was a great day! 🙌🏼

Today was a GREAT DAY! Listened to The Collective live today and it was SO GOOD. If you missed it, listen to the replay. Way to stay disciplined. I have chocolate and candy at the clinic in my face all day and some days I want to eat it so bad, but I have done so good and stayed away from eat because I know I’ll eat way over my macros 😂😂
