Really good day. I didn’t set my alarm and slept 8 1/2 hours!!! Unreal for me and I felt great ALL day. So much energy. Saturday night I slept for like 10 hours. Woke up 2.5 hours later than normal – guess our bodies just need it sometimes!

Not feeling myself today. Got out for a 30 minute walk but that was about it. I didn’t eat till about 1pm with everything going on. So that helped me probably not go way over on Calories. Still met my protein goals but not my fiber today lol

Had a good day, but I am BEAT! Little sleep last night with late-arriving flight, and birthday dinner and little party for my grand-daughter. I managed to hit my macros though, even with the big dinner I prepared. That felt GOOD. Wishing everyone an awesome weekend!

Didn’t hit either, short waking hours today! I wanted icecream for the past 3 days and was planning to get it. We got busy and I was craving it so much. My fiancé let me know there were better options at home and reminded me about how I would feel after. Didn’t end up getting the icecream and had some frozen tru fru at home!

Didn’t hit fat or carbs but I prioritized protein. The grass in our yard is all done and we are beat. I lifted shoulders before I laid sod so I probably won’t be able to lift my arms tomorrow. 😂😂😂

Had a great day. Hit my macros, really great workout, met another friend at the gym. Feeling like I belong there — which is awesome. My youngest son is flying in late, late tonight from Upstate NY and I am SUPER excited to see him. I hope everyone had a fabulous day! Fancy Friday tomorrow peeps – woohoo!
