  • Oh what a day it was good and not so good. Wrecked my husbands truck to start the day. I’m ok! The clinic was slammed all day so I ate on the go and great news, I was announced as a new coach at Key nutrition. Woohoo! I hope everyone had an amazing day! 🙌🏼🤘🏼

  • Good day today! Great Collective call – will be implementing some work / strategies from it. Hit several PR’s at the gym today — which felt wonderful. I simply love seeing the progress.     • I learned to track at least my dinner ahead of time to balance macros and portions. It is a game changer for hitting my goals. Like tonight I ate a much larger portion of the meat / protein and smaller portion of the veggies / carbs than I would have naturally dished up. I loaded the recipes in MFP first to balance how many grams of each I needed.…Read More

    • If I track at the end of my meal I would definitely be in a huge calorie surplus. Lol! Good job tracking though. I think you’re doing great!

    • You’re so consistent with tracking! This is how you learn so much about what you eat. At the end of the day. This is so good!

  • I am at the end side of maintenance! Hit that protein but still have my 1/3 sweet treats last (truly the best icecream I’ve ever had)! I woke up feeling really good and not bloated

  • Did end up tracking much yesterday but I’m pretty sure I was hungry. It was a busy day. Today we went to the spa! It was amazing and relaxing. Pretty happy to get my macros in and my protein! Today’s weather was absolutely perfect and sunny. Hope everyone had a great weekend

  • Macros were a shit show today, but it’s ok. I still tracked. I didn’t get all my protein in, I ate too many carbs and fat and tonight I felt guilty, but then told myself, I’m not gonna gain fat for going over on my macros 1 day! I ate a small blizzard.     • You need a treat day now and then for sure. Sorry the ice cream didn’t sit well. I avoid that kind of food for the same reason.

    • I had a crappy day today with food, but I’m not gonna beat myself up. You got this girl! Keep your head up!

    • Have you tried doing refeeds. When I did a long cut last year I did a refeed sometimes every week but mostly every two weeks to get my energy up and body ready to keep going. If I remember correctly it’s 150-300 cals extra and mostly carbs. Usually I made a pasta

      • I need to try that. I feel like that would work way better than just trying to stay in a full cut for 12 weeks or whatever the timeline might be.
