Spent 12 hours in the car driving from NC to MI today! I pre logged everything and stuck to all my foods!!! THEN TO GO OVER ON ALMONDS🤦🏼♀️ I actually counted the serving size out then continued to eat them which put me over.

It happens. My weakness is chocolate covered almonds. I’ll never stop ☠️ so I never buy them. I was soooo tempted today

Eh. I am definitely ready to be done cutting. I feel like I’ve been done for a couple weeks now and have just been hitting maintenance at this point.

Go back to maintenance calories. I’ve adjusted my macros too, but lowered mine a bit more.

I have to take my son back to Seattle tomorrow morning at 5am so he can catch his flight to Hawaii. This weekend didn’t end up the way we planned but I feel so blessed that I was able to spend some time with him. My mama heart is sad that he is leaving. I’m not sure when I will see him again and it sucks. 😢

Feeling so much better getting back on track! Didn’t get points 4/19 or 4/20. Had 2 fun meals that put me over on cals and under on protein. Those fueled my workout today bc I feel like I killed it! 9 weeks left until the wedding!
