  • This challenge could not have come at a better time for me – I’m really excited! Listened to the “Becoming Unstoppable” episode and it resonated so much how it’s just as important to honor the commitments I make to myself as much as to other people. Now to get brave and post my before pics…

  • I was going to start today, but I won’t get pictures in until tomorrow, so this is a practice post. Phew 1350 cals is not very many. I’ve been trying to eat less meat so the protein will be tough!

  • First day! Super excited to do a calorie deficit again and I think right at a good time. We have a challenging circumstance with Walters mom being in Hospice care. So this will keep us focused on our health, good foods and goals during a time where we may have fallen to bad foods.

  • Reporting for duty. My husband is out of town and I didn’t sleep at all last night due to fear of the boogey man, but I was have my 9 year old take photos later this evening. Nice to see familiar faces and glad this challenge isn’t on Facebook 😁 GL, everyone!

  • Well this is embarrassing but here we are. Almost all my food logged for the day except some carbs that I will have with dinner, pictures that I can’t even believe I’m posting and my macros. Let’s do this!!!! Day 1!!!

    • Nice work Dana. Preparation is my ultimate downfall. I am using this as my inspiration to get some things prepped and ready to go with me each morning.

  • Day 1 (I am a night shift nurse and start my weeks on Sunday)! I took a progress pic when I woke up today! Here are my pre logged meals for the day (night)! I only have my snack and dinner left to eat!
