  • Just 1 week of counting my macros again and I feel less bloated, less inflammation and down 3 pounds. I’m sure it’s water weight but headed in the right direction. Lets go!!!!!!!!!

    • I have a hard time controlling myself with pizza as well. I did have two small slices the other day and waited-and found that I was satisfied. Normally, I would eat half a pizza and feel stuffed after.

  • I listened to Brad’s latest podcast and ordered some Kreatures of habit oatmeal. I’ve been eating protein oatmeal every morning since January, but I definitely prefer 30 grams of protein compared to 10. I’ll let you know if it tastes good:)

  • Bad migraine day 4! 😩 Chiropractor appt, doctor appointment, grocery store, cardio, cleaned, picked up vitamins, took a bath and now closing my eyes early to hopefully get rid of this migraine. I hope everyone crushed this day! Don’t let the weekend be your WEAK END!
