Listen I am a math 🤓! So pie day is a bigger celebration than some other holidays. My goal going into today was to stay within 100 calories of my deficit number, and I did that! The macros are laying where they are today and I’m okay with that! Tomorrow it’s back to it!

I used to have really low fat macros and found when I went over them I felt so much better. Body just loves fats I guess 🤣

Macros were good today and enjoyed my meals very much. Had the BEST workout at the gym tonight too. Grateful for the day.

My daughter turned 17 today so I made the conscious decision to have a birthday doughnut with my family instead of a high protein snack. So, my protein is off and that’s okay.

I made a very intentional decision today with what I ate. My goal was to stick with my calorie deficit, but if my macros were off it was fine! It feels different when I understand the intention behind the choice!

Another day of not feeling very hungry. I got everything but it was hard. Also, it was weird grocery shopping today and seeing things that triggered a craving but not being hungry. Finally back home after a very busy week traveling! My fiancé and I headed to Costco as soon as we got back to prep all our food for the week! Ready to get back on a normal routine!! No points today. Also decreased my cals just a bit! I never felt super hungry last week, even being in a deficit

I adjusted my macros today – increased protein and decreased carbs. Felt better about it but went a tad over fat. Oops.

So, it’s been 10 days following my calorie and protein goals and I think i need to make an adjustment. That’s a lot, you definitely shouldn’t be feeling like that. I’d maybe start with 100 calories per day ( that’s if some of the weight is water weight) if your protein is around a gram per lb I’d try upping your carbs for more energy

Yea you def need to increase! Shouldn’t be feeling that way, probably way too low!

I would definitely increase 100-150 calories. More in carbs if your protein is adequate.

Today is absolutely gorgeous! 70 degrees. Saw @bradjensen story this am. spring is around the corner! But also is snow 😂 appreciating the warm days as they come!
Weighed out some lean ground beef for our first bbq! 😇😇
