  • I’m doing so great during the week. I lose my 1 pound and then gain it back over the weekend. What do you guys do with cravings over the weekend?!

    • I like to do a mini fast almost. I’ll have my protein shake in the morning and save some calories for the evening when we’ll be out with friends or out to dinner. You sure you’re gaining the weight back over the 2 days though? It could be some water retention from salty things. I weighed myself this morning and was up 2 lbs but I know I didn’…Read More

      • Yes! If you look at your salt content it might explain. If you didn’t go over your calories or even if you went over a little bit you should see a drop in a few days. Keep your water up!

I actually like experimenting sometimes. Specially when I do a refeed I will usually be heavier the following day but I’ll hit my lowest number in a scale a few…Read More

    • I always make protein a priority. I make sure and eat breakfast and I still have what I crave but I put it in my macros at the beginning of the day so I can work my other macros around it!

    • I’m filming a long content video all about this next week!

  • Just hopping in to say thanks to Mandy, Ingrid and Kris for the helpful advice over the weekend 😊. I’m glad to be back at it today and looking forward to the consistency of the week ahead. GL all!

  • Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone! I hope you had a fantastic weekend.
I had a long but wonderful weekend with my grandbaby girlies – just love them. They are tiny, and exhausting but so much fun and such blessings. Hit my macros today. I DID have a few BLT’s with the girlies’ food, but completely logged everything and fit it in (no junk so some…Read More

  • Long weekend getting my butt kicked putting in underground sprinklers. Yesterday I barely ate and didn’t track anything. Today was better! I’m beat and ready to sleep for 10 hours. I hope everyone had a great weekend!!!

  • I didn’t post here the past two days because I realize after two weekends on this challenge that my weekends are dumpster fires 😩. I decided this morning that I am going to use this as a data to understand what’s not working in my diet / for my goals and start to make adjustments. The thing is, I simply don’t want to eat in a such a regimented way…Read More

    • Don’t be too hard on yourself. It takes time to find things that work for you. What I like to do is track as I go but always keep protein in the forefront of my mind. After a while it starts working out and you learn how much of each thing your body can take in. Just keep at it! Consistency is how you get there

    • On the weekends I track as I go and always make protein a priority. It’s definitely memories over macros, but once you get use to it, it works great.

    • I feel this! I’ve gotten better over the years, but still a far cry from where I want to be. I just have to remind myself what I want my food culture in my home to look like and what can I ADD to help that become a reality. Over time some of the things I wanted to take away have naturally fallen away and some I have to be intentional about.

  • On point today! We’ll see what St. Patty’s brings! Corned beef sounds amazing…..

  • Great day spent with my beautiful, fun, feisty little granddaughters (almost 2 and 3 1/2). I managed to stay on track and avoid the BLT’s. Tossed all their leftovers in the trash without munching. This is not easy for me… hate wasting food… but hate blowing my nutrition goals more. The girlies were eating fruit with meals and snacks so I…Read More

  • I had a lot of grab and situations today, but kept within my goals. However, I think I am going to revise my calorie count to the lower end of my range because I’m up 3lbs since we started and that is puzzling to me. So my protein goal will still be 150-155g, but my calorie count will go from 1700 to 1550. And we’ll see what happens this next two…Read More

  • Went to an outlet store today with Ingy and they always sell the BEST ketchup chips there (really Canadian eh?) So that definitely threw my macros for a loop but we made it 👍🏽 Let’s finish the week strong, peeps!

  • Normally I submit via the form as not to clutter but this I’m posting, not because I hit it but because one meal….blew it out! Right or wrong I only did protein for dinner and evening to at least get the protein in. Road tripping today and stopped at this little southern breakfast place that had a buffet and some of the most amazing bis…Read More

  • Also I forgot to add this earlier but some extra ways to get alittle bit of protein here and there throughout the day 🥰 I LOVE making my own hummus. I’ll make it without oil and it tastes great
