Almost forgot to post this before I fell asleep. Another good day. My progress is super slow though. Trying to trust the process as they say!

Same. I was down 3 pounds and now up 2 pounds. I did an inbody scan yesterday and my macros are right where they should be so I’m just trusting the process and realizing I’m not in my 20s or 30s anymore. You’re doing great. Keep it up

Who says delicious sandwiches are not on the menu in a calorie deficit? Ditch the diet mentality. The key?… load it up with high fiber wrap, lean protein without all the additives, tons of veggies to make it filling, and season with spicy hummus and mustard. SO yummy.

Had an amazing ski day. Love, love skiing alone with my tunes. So fun and peaceful.

Did well with my macros. Food was a little unusual for me – more fruit than usual for ski day and the drive to and from (my brain tells me fruit is more portable than steamed broccoli – hahaha).
Calories – 99 under
Protein – 9 gm over -

Feeling good! Yesterday 500 under on cals, I was awake for only 8 hours and just got off a stretch!

Happy Monday!!! I’m so sad I will miss the call tomorrow with Sam, but y’all will love him. I’ve taken his course and he’s so amazing! Work has been so crazy and my patient load has doubled. Tuesdays are my Mondays and my busiest days at work. I’ll definitely be watching the replay. Have an amazing week everyone.

Another good day today. I’m on a gut healing protocol so my food options are limited for the next few weeks. I’m getting a wee bit tired of eating the same ol’ veggies – another 5 weeks before I can introduce different types. ugh
