Over again. This time in fat. Argh. My shirts are a wee bit looser though so I’m taking that as my body responding a bit.

Woohoo! That is GREAT! I find that the non-scale, non-metrics wins are noticed way before the data. Like my TOE RING was loose in my ski boot last Friday…. could not figure out the weird sensation until I took my boot off at the end of the day. Was like YES!!! My 2nd toe lost bulk!! Whoop!

Had a great weekend! Decided my goal was track even if I went over. I have tended to want to go mindless on the weekends as if that means it didn’t happen! So tracked everything and only ended up going over about 200 calories on Sunday and on track Saturday!

This has been my go to breakfast lately. Protein French toast with Adams peanut butter and sugarfree syrup, egg whites and strawberries. It’s so filling and the macros are great!!! Happy Monday everyone!
Macros 377 calories, protein 37g, carbs 37g, fat 9g-
Yummm I want French toast so bad. I’m waiting until I can reintroduce eggs to have it.

Hope everyone had a great Sunday. My macros were good today. I was super busy so dinner was quick and easy. I will need to carve out meal prep time tomorrow to set my week up for healthy success.
Calories – 80 under
Protein – 10 gm over -
Sundays are harder, but I stuck with my plan even when my husband had icecream!

Had a really rough day today with my three young kids. I was definitely stress eating. I didn’t track accurately – these are the macros I did track and I didn’t capture everything. Trying not to beat myself up and just hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Haven’t posted since Tuesday since I didn’t get any points those days! Low on everything on Wednesday. Went out of town thurs-sat which lead to eating out a lot. I have such a hard time when I go out of town. I just want to enjoy my time and not worry about tracking anything but if I don’t sort of track I totally fall off the wagon and eat like an asshole the whole time I’m gone. 🤦🏼♀️

See I tried really hard to not do that! I allowed myself 2 “more fun” meals, and a fun snack here and there. My calories weren’t over by a ton, by doing it pretty much put me at maintenance! It’s all about the mindset plus I hate the way I feel when I eat like an asshole!
