Didn’t hit my carbs today. We were working in our back yard all day. I did prioritize protein and made sure I got it in but just don’t feel very hungry. I hope everyone had an amazing day!! 🫶🏻

Yesterday Mama finished her fight. She was so strong and we are so proud of her for holding on until we saw everyone she was waiting for. Yesterday was a beautiful day that we will cherish forever. We sang songs that she was reacting to. She had so much faith right to the end.

Today was a re-feed day for me. We were going with friends on a Jeep ride and I decided to not worry about tracking, but to choose carefully when eating out for lunch and dinner. Steps were garbage today but oh well. I’m not gonna dwell on my steps this week. My Marcos on the other hand I’m happy with

Happy hump day! I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. I’ve been fighting a sore throat and praying it’s only allergies. The weather here in Washington state can’t make up its mind if it wants to be hot and sunny or rainy and ugly. And I live in central Washington so we get tons of snow and beautiful HOT summers.
