Back from Vacay — Pics this am. Brad and I raised my macros for a refeed week and I stayed the same weight while eating intuitively and loving it! Woohoo!

CRAZY busy day with airport run, kiddos, household prep, packing, and even some dress alterations (nothing like waiting till the last minute — lol)! Leaving for Mexico tomorrow morning.
